Commission splits are based on agent experience and can increase with performance.We provide a competitive pay schedule for each agent. Team members will be compensated for successful, closed Real Estate transactions from Compass Realty Group within a reasonable time frame following the closing. Agent will receive their compensation as Independent Contractor 1099 income
